Noah D. Kirshenbaum

Associate, Farber Tax Law

Noah is an Associate at Farber Tax Law. Noah’s practice encompasses tax litigation and various other aspects of tax controversy. Noah obtained his BAH, with Distinction, from McGill University. He earned his JD from the University of Ottawa and completed his Masters (LL.M) in Tax Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. Noah was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.  Before joining Farber Tax Law, Noah worked for a specialized tax litigation and tax-planning boutique, a large full-service law firm as well as for the Law Society of Upper Canada in its Discipline and Professional regulation division.

Noah received his BAH with Distinction from McGill University in 2009, his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa in 2015 and his L.L.M (Tax) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019.

Noah was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2016. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association’s Taxation Law Section.

He is fluent in English and Hebrew.
