Scott is an Associate Collections at Farber Tax Solutions.
In this role, he leverages his extensive ex-CRA, private sector management experience and paralegal knowledge to advise clients on navigating the CRA collections process with respect to liens, frozen bank accounts, garnishments, arbitrary/notional assessments and negotiating a reasonable payment arrangement.
Prior to joining Farber Tax Solutions, Scott worked in the private sector but as well, and of import, he also worked in the CRA Collections Division and brings almost 10 years of valuable experience to our team. During his time there, he specialized in collection enforcement action and ensuring compliance with departmental legislation, policy, and procedure.
Scott is also a licensed paralegal. He holds a BA Degree from York University and an OCD in Paralegal Studies (Honours) from Centennial College.
In his free time, Scott enjoys reading, writing, attempting to play the guitar, soccer in the summer and curling in the winter.
